"I wanted to make one point clear regarding
Disciplines, and I believe that I either did not adequately, or did not
convey it at all previously.
For all characters, any non-clan Disciplines that they did not start the
game with are not available to learn - UNLESS you have a trainer/Mentor
that knows those Disciplines and is willing to train you.
Please note that you can each train each other, but only up to 4
dots. Just do it
in-character - make sure that the player you ask to train you says yes.
Generally training each other (or drinking blood from each other)
MUST come with some sort of favor or boon - it's just the way of the
vampires so we should be roleplaying that.
And to remind, in order to gain a 5th dot in a
Discipline (clan or non-clan), you must have a trainer or Mentor
available that already has that Discipline at 5+ dots.
Sorry if this creates any issues or cause for reworking any
character (doubtful at this early stage, but possible).
In game terms I realize this may seem harsh, given that your
characters have not really encountered any vampires willing or able to
train you, or for that matter - you haven't been in a place where there
are many (any?) vampires in the first place.
However, games are fluid and situations will change...
